Mock cheese blintz

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf thinly sliced fresh bread
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Cottage cheese
\N \N Melted butter
½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Cut crusts from bread. Roll each slice very thin with rolling pin. Combine cottage cheese & cream cheese until smooth; spread thin layer on each slice of bread. Roll up, brush with melted butter & roll in sugar & cinnamon mixture. May be left in whole rolls or cut in half or thirds. May freeze at this point or bake for 15 minutes in 350 oven.
