Herbed albacore toasts

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (6 oz.) starkist solid white tuna; drained and chunked
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
¼ teaspoon Dried basil; crushed
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano; crushed
4 slices (3/4 inch each) italian or french bread
2 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese

1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion and herbs; mix well.

2. Spread ¼ tuna mixture on each slice of bread.

3. Sprinkle with cheese; broil until cheese is golden and bubbly.
