Herb and sausage orzo

| ¼ | cup | Assorted chopped fresh herbs |

| 3½ | cup | Chicken stock |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped smoked sausage |
| 1 | tablespoon | Unsalted butter; softened |
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan and add onions, garlic, orzo, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Stir in herbs and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in sausage and butter. This recipe yields ?? servings.
