Helen's lemonade syrup

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Sugar
2 ounces Citric acid
1 ounce Tartaric acid
6 cups Boiling water
6 Lemons

Dissolve in boiling water, the sugar and acids. Grate 4 lemons and use juice from 6 lemons. Add to boiling water. Keep bottled in frig.

Mix in a 5 part water to 1 part syrup ratio.
