Heavenly 24-hour salad

Ingredients

2tablespoonsSugar
2tablespoonsOrange juice
2cupsSour cream
2tablespoonsVinegar
1tablespoonButter
1dashSalt
1cupSeedless green grapes
1cupDiced bananas
1cupPitted Bing cherries
1cupDiced fresh pineapple
1cupDiced orange
1cupDiced canteloupe balls
2Plums; sliced
2cupsMiniature marshmallows

Directions

Prepare dressing: in small sauce pan mix eggs with sugar, juice & vinegar.

Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat & stir in butter & salt. Cool; fold in sour cream. Chill. Combine fruits & marshmallows. Fold in dressing. Chill 24 hours. Garnish with fruits & sprigs of mint, if desired.
