Healthy banana split

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Banana - split lengthwise
1 \N Kiwi - peeled and chopped
¼ cup Blueberries
¼ cup Strawberries
¼ cup Raisins
1 \N Scoop non-fat frozen yogurt

Directions: Place the scoop of yogurt in a bowl. Place the banana pieces on either side of the yogurt. Spoon on the fruit. This dish provides loads of calcium, vitamin C and beta carotene. All these ingredients combined stimulate fat burning enzymes and reduce the risk of premature aging.
