|2 tablespoons||Pineapple tidbits|
|1 tablespoon||Diced green bell pepper|
|1 tablespoon||Diced red onion|
|2 \N||Lettuce leaves|
|2 \N||Croissants; sliced|
In bowl, combine Spam, pineapple, bell pepper and onion. Cover and chill mixture at least an hour.
Place lettuce on croissants. Top croissants with Spam mixture and serve.
