Hawaiian spam spread salad croissants

Measure Ingredient
1 can Spam Spread -; (3 oz)
2 tablespoons Pineapple tidbits
1 tablespoon Diced green bell pepper
1 tablespoon Diced red onion
2 \N Lettuce leaves
2 \N Croissants; sliced

In bowl, combine Spam, pineapple, bell pepper and onion. Cover and chill mixture at least an hour.

Place lettuce on croissants. Top croissants with Spam mixture and serve.

This recipe yields 2 sandwiches.
