| ¾ | cup | Corn (canned) * |
| ¾ | cup | Zucchini (canned) diced ** |
| ¼ | cup | Water and juice from cans |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 3 | tablespoons | Nine grain mix (optional) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sesame seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Poppy seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
