Handy 'crisp' topping mix

Measure Ingredient
This handy topping mix can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 months.
Keep a supply on hand for when you want to whip up a quick fruit crisp.
Saves time.
2 cups Flour
2 cups Oatmeal, quick cook
1⅓ cup Packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and store in covered container or airtight ziploc type bag. Keeps in fridge for up to 2 months.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%% TO USE %%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% Fill an 8 inch baking dish with sliced fruit (tossed with a bit of sugar if desired) Combine 1-¼ cups of MIX along with ⅓ cup melted butter.
