Ham~ egg & cheese casserole*(dtcm33b)

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Plain bread cubes or crouton
1 pounds Ham; chopped*
2 cups Cheddar cheese; cubed small*
4 cups Milk **
¼ teaspoon Pepper**
6 eaches Eggs**
⅓ cup Corn oil**
1 teaspoon Salt**
1 teaspoon Dry mustard**
C flour**

* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1½ hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
