Halibut with ginger and garlic

1Duck breast
12 cm piece ginger; sliced
1Sliced spring onion
2Sliced cloves garlic
Preserved ginger
Fresh bread crumbs
Rice
1teaspoonSesame oil
Vegetable oil
1teaspoonWhite wine vinegar

Directions

Place halibut on a plate in a steamer. Strew with spring onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and vinegar. Steam for 8 minutes.

Discard the ginger, garlic and spring onion and serve.
