Halibut with ginger and garlic

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Whole halibut
1 \N Duck breast
1 \N 2 cm piece ginger; sliced
1 \N Sliced spring onion
2 \N Sliced cloves garlic
\N \N Preserved ginger
\N \N Fresh bread crumbs
\N \N Rice
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
\N \N Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon White wine vinegar

Place halibut on a plate in a steamer. Strew with spring onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and vinegar. Steam for 8 minutes.

Discard the ginger, garlic and spring onion and serve.
