Orange - ginger halibut

| 2 | pounds | Halibut fillets; cut into 4 pieces |
| 2 | larges | Orange; juiced |
| 1 | bunch | Green onions; chopped |
| 3 | cups | Oyster sauce |
| 2 | cups | Dry sherry |
| 2 | cups | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Plum sauce |
| 1 | cup | Orange zest |
| 1 | cup | Ginger root; grated |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| ¾ | cup | Toasted sesame seeds |
| ¼ | cup | Cilantro; chopped |
Directions
Make the marinate by blending all wet and dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl and whisk until blended. Place fish in bowl and marinate the Halibut in the marinade for about 1 hour. Brush hot grill with a little olive oil and broil fish on both sides until it flakes. Glaze with extra marinade and garnish with slice of orange and cilantro for color.
