Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Yellow onion, diced
3 \N Cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Oil
1 cup Bulghur (cracked) wheat
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Salt

In large skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil over low heat until onion is translucent. Add bulghur. Saute briefly, stirring to coat well. Stir in 2 c water and the salt. Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally.
