Guerrini chicken wings

Ingredients

| 2-3 lbs. chicken wings | ||
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 7 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 2 | eaches | Cloves garlic, minced |
| 4 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs |
| 5 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 4 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Toasted sesame seeds |
| Oil for frying | ||
| Green onions, chopped | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add chicken to mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat. Deep fry until golden brown. Note: These go very fast so I always double or triple the batch! Posted by: Debbie Carlson From: Troy Couillard Date: 09-25-94
