Grilled fiery white peppered chicken wings

Ingredients

20Chicken wings
¼cupWhite pepper -- freshly cracked
2tablespoonsSalt
½cupSoy sauce
¼cupLime juice
2tablespoonsGarlic -- minced
2tablespoonsChili pepper -- minced
1tablespoonSugar
2tablespoonsFresh basil -- chopped
2tablespoonsFresh cilantro -- chopped

Directions

Cut wings at joint and save for another use or discard. Sprinkle the wings with pepper and salt. Grill over a medium hot fire until they are well browned, 5 to 7 minutes, turning a couple of times. Take the largest wing off the fire and check for doneness by eating it.

Remove the wings from the grill and place in a large bowl. Add all the the remaining ingredients, toss well and serve.
