Guacomole pie

| 2 | packs | Taco Seasonings (Ortega) |
| 1 | TB | Lemon juice |
| 1 | TB | Mayonaise |
| 1 | C | Sour Cream |
| 1 | C | Mayonnaise |
| ¾ | C | Monterey Jack Cheese |
| ¾ | C | Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 | Cn | Sliced Black Olives |
| 3 | eaches | chopped Tomatoes |
| 1 | each | bunch chopped scallions |
Directions
Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avacados with 1 TBS lemon juice and 1 TBS mayonaise. Mix Taxo mix with sour cream and 1 C. mayonaise. Mix cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in layers, starting at bottom of dish. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved. Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate.
