Guacomole pie

2packsTaco Seasonings (Ortega)
1TBLemon juice
1TBMayonaise
1CSour Cream
1CMayonnaise
¾CMonterey Jack Cheese
¾CSharp Cheddar Cheese
1CnSliced Black Olives
3eacheschopped Tomatoes
1eachbunch chopped scallions

Directions

Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avacados with 1 TBS lemon juice and 1 TBS mayonaise. Mix Taxo mix with sour cream and 1 C. mayonaise. Mix cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in layers, starting at bottom of dish. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved. Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate.
