Pea guacamole

Quantity Ingredient
cup Peas
1 cup Sweetcorn
1 Clove of garlic
1 Lemon or lime ; Juice of
teaspoon Cumin powder
Chillis or chilli sauce to taste
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

This is a delicious alternative to the more usual avocado version, that I modified from a New Zealand food magazine - and of course it's fat free.

But you do need a food processor.

Chuck the whole lot in the food processor for about 1 minute or until reasonably smooth.
