|1||Clove of garlic|
|1||Lemon or lime ; Juice of|
|1½ teaspoon||Cumin powder|
|Chillis or chilli sauce to taste|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh cilantro|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
This is a delicious alternative to the more usual avocado version, that I modified from a New Zealand food magazine - and of course it's fat free.
But you do need a food processor.
Chuck the whole lot in the food processor for about 1 minute or until reasonably smooth.
