Recipe by: Anita A. Matejka Preparation Time: 0:20 In a skillet cook onion and peppers until tender. Add meat until no pink remains. Add chili powder and salt. Stir in tomatoes, beans, rice, and water.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Serve with cheese on top.
