Grilled turkey steaks with white grape-cranberry relish

Ingredients

½ | cup | Blush Wine |

½ | cup | Orange Juice |
1 | pounds | Seedless White Grapes; halved |
2 | tablespoons | Lime Juice |
40 | ounces | Turkey Fillets; one for each serving |

Directions
In a saucepan over low heat, bring the cranberries, wine and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add the orange juice and half of the grapes, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add the rest of the grapes and lime juice, mix well, and cool.
Rub the turkey fillets on both sides with salt and pepper to taste, and cook over a medium-hot fire for 4-5 minutes per side. Check for doneness by nicking one side; the meat should be opaque throughout.
Remove from grill and serve with the relish.
