Turkey steaks with redcurrant and juniper berry glaze

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
125 grams Redcurrant jelly; (4oz)
1 tablespoon Juniper berries; crushed
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
\N \N Grated zest of 1 lime
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 \N Boneless; skinless turkey
\N \N ; steaks
\N \N Watercress; lime wedges

TO SERVE

1. Mix together the redcurrant jelly, juniper berries, garlic, lime zest and seasoning.

2. Brush the turkey steaks with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill following pack instructions.

3. Place on a warmed serving plate and garnish with the watercress and lime wedges.
