Measure Ingredient
2 \N Sirloin steaks (cut 1\"
\N \N Thick)
½ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Dry white wine
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ \N Teapoon onion powder

Place steaks in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steaks & marinate 20 minutes. Remove meat & place on grill 6" from coals; cook to desired doneness, brush with marinade.
