Grilled salmon with lime mayo

Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
4 | Salmon steaks | |
¼ | cup | Melted butter |
2 | teaspoons | Dill |
Salt and black pepper | ||
Minced fresh parsley |
Directions
LIME MAYO
Lime mayo: Combine mayo, lime juice, zest, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Chill until ready to use. Salmon: Preheat grill. Brush salmon with butter on each side. Sprinkle with dill on each side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. On an oiled rack about 4 from heat, grill salmon until top side is lightly browned. Turn over. Baste with butter and cook until fish flakes easily at the touch of a fork. Total time will be about 10 minutes to cook both sides! To serve: Place fish on plates, top with some mayo, fresh dill and parsley.
