Grilled salmon with cucumber dill sauce

Ingredients

| 4 | 7-oz salmon filets | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| ½ | cup | White wine |
| ⅛ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Heavy cream |
| 1 | Shallot; minced | |
| 1 | cup | Unsalted butter |
| 1 | Cuke; peeled, seeded and sliced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh dill |
Directions
Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill til done. Combine wine, lemon juice, cream and shallot in a saucepan and cook over high heat til mixture slightly thick. Whisk in butter over low heat. Add cuke and chopped dill.Serve over salmon filets. Sauce makes 2 C.
