Grilled salmon, red pepper and basil butter

Ingredients

| 1 | Escalope of salmon | |
| 1 | pack | Butter; softened | 
| 1 | Clove garlic | |
| 2 | Red peppers; previously roasted | |
| ; and peeled | ||
| 1 | Lemon | |
| 1 | pack | Fresh basil | 
| 1 | Anchovy fillet | |
Directions
Grill the salmon. Meanwhile finely chop all ingredients except the lemon (zest and juice it). Also reserve a couple of basil leaves for garnish. 
Mash altogether with the butter and when the salmon is ready put a generous spoonful on top and garnish with the basil.
