Grilled rib eyes with mango salsa

4Beef ribeye steaks OR chuck top blade (charcoal) steaks, cut 3/4-inch thick
¼cupWorcestershire Sauce
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupLime juice
2tablespoonsVegetable oil
2Garlic cloves; crushed
1tablespoonChili powder
1tablespoonBrown sugar
2cupsDiced tomatoes
1Fresh mango; peeled & diced
1Bell pepper; seeded & diced
6Green onions w/tops; diced
1largeFresh jalapeno seeded and diced
¼cupLime juice
½cupFresh cilantro, chopped
¼cupPecan pieces, toasted

Directions

MANGO SALSA

Serves 4 in 30 Minutes

1. Mix Worcestershire and next 6 ingredients for marinade. Marinate steaks 15-30 min.

2. Combine salsa ingredients.

3. Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8-10 min., turning once.

4. Serve steaks with mango salsa.

5. Cut steaks in ¼ inch slices, if desired.

Serving Suggestions: Rice and Steamed Broccoli.
