Grilled rib eyes with mango salsa

| ¼ | cup | Worcestershire Sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | Garlic cloves; crushed | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| 2 | cups | Diced tomatoes |
| 1 | Fresh mango; peeled & diced | |
| 1 | Bell pepper; seeded & diced | |
| 6 | Green onions w/tops; diced | |
| 1 | large | Fresh jalapeno seeded and diced |
| ¼ | cup | Lime juice |
| ½ | cup | Fresh cilantro, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Pecan pieces, toasted |
Directions
MANGO SALSA
Serves 4 in 30 Minutes
1. Mix Worcestershire and next 6 ingredients for marinade. Marinate steaks 15-30 min.
2. Combine salsa ingredients.
3. Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8-10 min., turning once.
4. Serve steaks with mango salsa.
5. Cut steaks in ¼ inch slices, if desired.
Serving Suggestions: Rice and Steamed Broccoli.
