2 \N Green peppers
1 teaspoon Garlic puree
4 fluid ounce Olive oil
\N \N A lemon; juice of
\N \N Seasoning

1 Finely chop the herbs, melt the butter and when it foams add the prawns for one minute only! Remove from the heat and add the herbs and the lemon juice. Serve hot.
