| 6 | Smoked link sausages,chunks | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion,minced,dried |

| ¼ | cup | Catsup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mustard,prepared |
| Cheddar cheese,grated(opt) | ||
Directions
1. Cut tops off green peppers; remove seeds and membranes. 2. Steam pepper shells over boiling salted water 5 minutes; drain. 3. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese in a bowl; fill pepper shells with this mixture. 4. Place filled shells in ovenproof casserole; bake in preheated 350'F. oven 20 minutes. 5. Top with desired amount of cheese if you like; serve at once.
