Green masala

Measure Ingredient
1 small Piece of ginger
1 To 2 garlic clove(s)
4 To 6 green chilies
1 small Bunch fresh cilantro

Peel and chop the garlic and ginger; seed and slice the chilies.

Remove the cilantro stalks. Pound or blend all the ingredients to a paste with a little water. Use with fish or chicken.
