1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Cloves
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
1 tablespoon Black cardamon seeds


Mix all the spices together. Use to flavor rice dishes. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 months.
