Green dragon dip

Ingredients

1Ripe avocado
1pack(3-oz) cream cheese
3tablespoonsMayonnaise or salad dressing
3dropsFreshly squeezed lemon juice or vinegar; more or less
¼teaspoonSeasoned salt
teaspoonPepper
Grated onion (optional)

Directions

Peel, pit, and mash avocado. Mix with remaining ingredients and blend well.

Add grated onion, if desired. Chill before serving. Yield: 1 cup.
