1 large | Clove garlic; minced |
1 teaspoon | Five Spice Powder |
1 teaspoon | Cayenne pepper or your fav. hot sauce (or more, to taste) |
MARINADE

Make marinade. Place all in gallon ziploc bag (or lg. plastic container).
Marinate from 24-48 hrs. in refrigerator, turning every 8 hrs. Grill approx.15 min. per side or until well browned on a gas or charcoal grill.
