|16 \N||Chicken wings; tips removed|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|¼ cup||Dry sherry|
|1 tablespoon||Sesame oil|
|1 large||Clove garlic; minced|
|1 teaspoon||Five Spice Powder|
|1 teaspoon||Cayenne pepper or your fav. hot sauce (or more, to taste)|

Make marinade. Place all in gallon ziploc bag (or lg. plastic container).
Marinate from 24-48 hrs. in refrigerator, turning every 8 hrs. Grill approx.15 min. per side or until well browned on a gas or charcoal grill.
