Dragon's breath chicken wings

¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupDry sherry
1tablespoonSesame oil
1largeClove garlic; minced
1teaspoonFive Spice Powder
1teaspoonCayenne pepper or your fav. hot sauce (or more, to taste)

MARINADE

Make marinade. Place all in gallon ziploc bag (or lg. plastic container).

Marinate from 24-48 hrs. in refrigerator, turning every 8 hrs. Grill approx.15 min. per side or until well browned on a gas or charcoal grill.
