Green beans with pinons

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Green beans
⅓ cup Pine nuts; toasted
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro
1 Clove garlic; minced
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the beans, drain and rinse in cold water. In a large skillet, stir together the nuts, oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic. Add the beans and stir until heated through. Season to taste and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6-8.
