Measure | Ingredient |

2 ounces | Italian dry salami; cut into strips |
1 can | (16-oz) green beans |
½ teaspoon | Garlic salt |
¼ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | Salad oil |
1½ tablespoon | Tarragon or cider vinegar |
½ cup | Sliced celery |
¼ cup | Sliced radishes |
2 \N | Green onions; sliced |
1 \N | Hard boiled egg; chopped or sliced (optional) |
Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar & salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
