Green bean bravo

Ingredients

| 2 | ounces | Italian dry salami; cut into strips |
| 1 | can | (16-oz) green beans |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Tarragon or cider vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Sliced celery |
| ¼ | cup | Sliced radishes |
| 2 | Green onions; sliced | |
| 1 | Hard boiled egg; chopped or sliced (optional) | |
Directions
Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar & salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
