Green bean bravo

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Italian dry salami; cut into strips
1 can (16-oz) green beans
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Salad oil
1½ tablespoon Tarragon or cider vinegar
½ cup Sliced celery
¼ cup Sliced radishes
2 \N Green onions; sliced
1 \N Hard boiled egg; chopped or sliced (optional)

Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar & salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
