Green bean bravo

Ingredients

2ouncesItalian dry salami; cut into strips
1can(16-oz) green beans
½teaspoonGarlic salt
¼teaspoonDry mustard
2tablespoonsSalad oil
tablespoonTarragon or cider vinegar
½cupSliced celery
¼cupSliced radishes
2Green onions; sliced
1Hard boiled egg; chopped or sliced (optional)

Directions

Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar & salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
