|4 \N||America's Cut(TM) (1-1/2-inch-thick boneless center loin pork chops)|
|4 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|4 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Dry rosemary, crumbled|
|2 \N||Garlic cloves; minced|
|1 cup||Plain low-fat yogurt|
|½ teaspoon||Dried oregano|
|¼ teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|¾ teaspoon||Coarse ground black pepper|
|½ \N||Cucumber; thinly sliced|
|2 tablespoons||Sliced green onion|
Combine the flavors of the Mediterranean like rosemary, oregano, lemon juice and yogurt for a heavenly chops dish.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes) Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients, refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. Spoon some sauce over grilled chops to serve and serve remaining sauce on side.
