|1 can||(large) plain tomatoes (not sauce; you want the chunks) (up to)|
|½ can||Black olives|

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well, make sure to get all the cinnamon evenly distributed. Let simmer for 10 minutes or so. Serve over your favorite pasta (we like penne or rotini).
This is a really fast, easy and tasty meal. Steamed broccoli goes really well on the side.
