Grape meatballs

| ¼ | pounds | Pork Sausage |
| ¼ | cup | Italian Bread Crumbs |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
| To Taste Ground Pepper | ||
| 1¼ | cup | Half And Half |
| ½ | cup | Parmesan Cheese |
| 1 | Jar; (12 Oz) Chili Sauce | |
| 1 | Jar; (12 Oz) Grape Jelly | |
Directions
Mix first 8 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 350 F for 15 minutes.
Mix Chili sauce and grape jelly.
Before serving, mix in a crock pot and heat. Add meat balls.
