Grape meatballs

¼poundsPork Sausage
¼cupItalian Bread Crumbs
1tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
½teaspoonGarlic Powder
To Taste Ground Pepper
cupHalf And Half
½cupParmesan Cheese
1Jar; (12 Oz) Chili Sauce
1Jar; (12 Oz) Grape Jelly

Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 350 F for 15 minutes.

Mix Chili sauce and grape jelly.

Before serving, mix in a crock pot and heat. Add meat balls.
