Granola, ii

Yield: 10 cups

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Reg. oats, uncooked
1½ cup Coconut
¾ cup Honey
½ cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ cup Chopped pecans
1 cup Wheat germ
¼ cup Water
1 tablespoon Vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine oats, pecans, coconut and wheat germ. Combine honey and water in small saucepan; heat, stirring frequently until mixture thins and is thoroughly heated. Stir in oil and vanilla; pour over oat mixture and mix well. Stir in spices and salt. Pour into 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2 -inch baking pans. Bake at 250 F. for 1 hr., stirring abt. every 15 min. Store in airtight container.
