Measure | Ingredient |

4 larges | Eggs |
1¼ cup | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Water |
1 dash | Lemon juice |
2 cups | Cake meal, sifted |
2 tablespoons | Potato starch |
1 tablespoon | Cocoa |
1 tablespoon | Sugar, additional |
OVEN: 350 Greased cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together except the 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar. Form into two loaves.
Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar together and press onto dough mixture.
Bake loaves on cookie sheet for 1 hour. When nicely browned, remove from oven.
Cool and cut into slices.
