Goober beanie salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient

1 can 16-oz. red kidney beans
1 cup 16-oz. small green peas
1 cup 16-oz. yellow wax beans
1 can 16-oz. green beans
1 large Red onion; chopped
2 cups Red cabbage; shredded
7 ounces Jar pimento
½ cup Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Vinegar

AUNT BEE'S MAYBERRY COOKBOOK

Drain all of the beans and combine in a lg. bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and cover. Refrigerate for about 12 hours. Stir occasionally. Drain before serving.
