Preheat oven to 375. Combine cake flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large mixer bowl. Add Crisco, about ½ cup milk, and extracts. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed; scrape bowl occasionally. Add remaining milk, eggs, and egg yolk; conti Turn batter into a greased and floured 9" tube pan. Bake 375 for 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake for 30 minutes in pan on a rack, remove from pan and cool on rack. Frost as desired, or serve plain, or serve with fresh fruit or ice cream.
