Golden chocolate cake

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
18¼ ounce Yellow cake mix without; pudding
3⅜ ounce Instant vanilla pudding mix
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Water
4 \N Eggs
8 ounces Sour cream
3 \N Milk chocolate candy bars; chop, 1.55 oz ea
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Pecans; chop
1 cup Coconut; shred
\N \N Confectioners' sugar; opt

In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, oil, water and eggs; beat on low speed for about 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on high. Blend in sour cream. Stir in candy bars, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 350~ for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool completely. Chill before slicing. Dust with sugar, if desired.
