Gluten-free lemon cake

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Eggs
¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Lemon peel
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Rice flour
¼ cup Potato starch

Pour into greased 9"x9" baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. May frost or serve with hot lemon sauce.
