Measure | Ingredient |

5 pounds | Pork loin roast |
2 teaspoons | Minced ginger |
¼ cup | Orange juice |
½ cup | Apricot jam |
Put meat, fat side up, in a roasting pan. Roast in electric oven at 325 degrees until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, about 1-¾ hours.
Combine jam, juice, and ginger; brush onto meat. Continue cooking until thermometer registers 170 degrees, basting occasionally with sauce to form glaze.
