Gingered turnips

| 2 | pounds | Turnips, peeled and cubed |
| ¼ | cup | Beef stock |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
Directions
