Gingered nut mix

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Shelled peanuts; unsalted
½ pounds Unsalted almonds
½ pounds Unsalted pecan
½ pounds Golden raisins
¼ pounds Hulled; unsalted pumpkin seeds
¼ pounds Candied ginger; chopped

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Placein a tightly covered container and refrigerator. Also freezes nicely. The mix defrosts in about 4 hours in the refrigerator. Makes 2½ lbs.
