Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Shelled peanuts; unsalted |
| ½ | pounds | Unsalted almonds |
| ½ | pounds | Unsalted pecan |
| ½ | pounds | Golden raisins |
| ¼ | pounds | Hulled; unsalted pumpkin seeds |
| ¼ | pounds | Candied ginger; chopped |
Directions
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Placein a tightly covered container and refrigerator. Also freezes nicely. The mix defrosts in about 4 hours in the refrigerator. Makes 2½ lbs.
