|2½ pounds||Chicken drumettes|
|½ cup||Jerk seasoning (see note)|
|1 teaspoon||Minced garlic|
Toss chicken drumettes with Jerk seasoning and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill and serve hot. Note: Jerk seasoning may be found in West Indian markets, Housewives Market in Oakland, and Prince Neville's on Divisadero in San Francisco.
