German nudlesalat (macaroni salad)

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Uncooked macaroni |
| 4 | Dill pickles; diced (Kosher preferred) | |
| 1 | cup | Cooked peas |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | Hard boiled eggs; diced | |
| ½ | Tomato diced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika 1/4 onion finely chopped; (optional) |
Directions
Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix carefully. Garnish with fresh tomato slices, parsley or sliced hard boiled eggs.
