German brown bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Milk; sour
1 cup Maple syrup; or sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Graham flour; to make thick batter

Place in bread pan, let rise in warm place ½ hour. This makes 1 large loaf.

Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 - 400 F oven for 45 - 60 minutes.
