Gefulte fish dip

Ingredients

1½ | tablespoon | White Horseradish |
1 | pint | Gefulte Fish |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon Juice |
1 | dash | White Pepper |
8 | ounces | Cream Cheese; softened |
½ | tablespoon | Salt |
Directions
Drain fish and mash with fork. Put in remaining ingredients and stir. Can put into a mold by first lining the mold with plastic wrap. Refrigerate.
Unmold. Serve with crackers or matzo.
