Gefilte fish dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon White horseradish
1 pint Gefilte fish
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Pepper
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
½ tablespoon Salt (to taste)

Source, Matzah Market, Debbi Dalin, Florida Drain fish and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

Chill before serving with matzo crackers.
