1 pint | Gefilte fish |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1 dash | Pepper |
8 ounces | Cream cheese, softened |
½ tablespoon | Salt (to taste) |
Source, Matzah Market, Debbi Dalin, Florida Drain fish and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Chill before serving with matzo crackers.
